Hosted by healthcare industry veteran Ed Calderon, each episode brings together real-world stories, expert analysis, and candid conversations with the leaders navigating these challenges every day. We’re not here to describe the problem and move on. We’re here to examine where it came from, how it compounds, and what it actually takes to fix it.

Ed Calderon is a healthcare sales leader with twenty years of experience helping organizations navigate the operational, financial, and technological challenges across the healthcare ecosystem. His background spans IT services, clinical operations, pharmacy, and support services, giving him a practical understanding of how care is delivered and where inefficiencies create friction for providers, staff, and patients.

Throughout his career, Ed has focused on partnering with healthcare organizations to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, and solve the complex issues that slow progress in the industry. He brings a grounded, real-world perspective shaped by two decades of working directly with leaders across hospitals, physician groups, and technology companies to drive meaningful change.
