During COVID-19, the burden of healthcare administration should be the least of the providers’ worries. Yet, it is essential to keep on track, especially during a pandemic that causes increased acute care services. Clearinghouses and RCM vendors are key support for providers on this front. One silver lining in all of this is that remote work is forcing many of these organizations to embrace digital administrative processes. And our hope is that the new digital norm will overhaul paper-based, manual administrative work, even after COVID-19 subsides.
